How to use this tool

Create your signature

  • Enter your details in the form
  • Click Generate Signature

Add your signature to outlook

  • Login to oulook.com on your web browser using your credentials
  • Open settings by clicking the cog in the top corner of the window
  • Navigate to Account > Signatures and give the signature a name that will help you identify it later)
  • Highlight and copy the signature you generated using this form
  • Paste it into the email signature box in Outlook
  • Click save
  • To make the signature your default signature select it in the drop downs for under signature defaults
